    but the Appalachian Mountains stretch into northeast Canada.  

Acadiarefers to regions of The Maritimes with Acadian roots, language, and culture, primarily in New

    Brunswick, Nova Scotia, the Magdalen Islands, and Prince Edward Island, as well as in Maine.”
