Want the just the core "business" info for the conference with no fluff? This looks like it.

New direct link: Webcasts from Bonn

UNFCCC main public COP23 webpage

This page is part of the UNFCCC's "newsroom." It's comprehensive, but a bit of a hodgepodge of information. Worth expoloring if you are looking for "big ideas" about COP23, but not the best way to figure out exactly "what's going on."

UNFCCC COP23 Information Hub

This is where you can find a wide range of information on the logistics of the conference.

UNFCCC homepage for COP23

This is the UNFCCC's "working website" (as opposed to public website), which contains a very succinct and helpful description of what the conference is all about. Hover over "COP23" in the top menubar, and you'll see a well-organized overview of conference resources.

Fiji COP23 Presidency website

Although it's taking place in Bonn, Germany, the Presidency of COP is held by Fiji. Not surprisingly, this website highights the plight of small island states.

COP23 gateway

The 23rd Conference of the Parties of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) begins on November 6 and continues for two weeks. Below are a few ways of accessing the conference online.

Note:

The conference has two "main" webpages:

• one from the UNFCCC;

• the other from the host, Poland.

As of 3 December, the latter was taking a very long time to load,

probably due to the world trying to access it....
